Nicholas Connors is an award-winning composer/lyricist and currently works on Broadway as an orchestrator and musician. His original songs have been performed by Tony Award Winner Karen Olivo (WEST SIDE STORY, IN THE HEIGHTS), GLEE's Jenna Ushkowitz, Kyle Selig (MEAN GIRLS), Kaley Ann Voorhees (PHANTOM) and others. His musicals include HERE, IN THE PARK (1st Prize- Festival of New American Musicals ShowSearch 2015), SPACE VOYAGE: THE MUSICAL FRONTIER (co-book by Quinn Elmer) and

the upcoming TEN LONG YEARS (book by Kyle Wilson). 

As a musician, Nicholas has worked with Stephen Schwartz, Lynn Ahrens, Pasek & Paul, Mary-Mitchell Campbell and other theatre luminaries. He has orchestrated or arranged music for Kristin Chenoweth,

Tina Fey, Betsy Wolfe, Gavin Creel and Karen Olivo. Nicholas' orchestrations have been performed at Carnegie Hall, the Metropolitan Opera, on PBS, and by some of the country's top orchestras.  Nicholas was Associate Music Director and Orchestrator for Kristin Chenoweth's FOR THE GIRLS on Broadway and an Associate MD for Kristin Bell's ENCORE! (currently streaming on DisneyPlus.) He is also a keyboard sub and rehearsal pianist at MEAN GIRLS on Broadway and is on the music team of ALMOST FAMOUS (world premiere at the Old Globe Theater in San Diego). Nicholas is a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin.
